WHAT
Waterschap Hollandse Delta (Dutch water management) was looking for a way to gain insight into the unique underground wastewater treatment of Dokhaven in Rotterdam, The Netherlands. On behalf of New Sense Media, I developed various animations to show what happens to our wastewater and how it is purified and processed. The animations are incorporated into a captivating film about the process.
ABOUT
Water from the shower, the washing machine and the toilet comes in the sewer. This sewage is transported to sewage treatment. The sewage of the inhabitants of Rotterdam are being purified in the only underground sewage treatment of the Netherlands: Dokhaven.
